Bulk and corporate orders, priced in the open
Most suppliers hide bulk pricing behind a form and a wait. Move the slider and the number is on the page. Bring us the real quantity and we will sharpen it further.

Indicative. Runs above 250 are quoted individually and usually beat this — tell us the real number and we will price it properly.

This runs on the same real supplier costs and decoration rates as the rest of the site. Nothing is inflated to leave room for a discount later.
- Volume breaks are automatic. They apply as the quantity rises — you never have to ask.
- Decoration is included. The figure covers the logo positions you pick, not the garment alone.
- Above 250 pieces we quote by hand. At that size we can usually buy better than the list price.

Staged delivery
Take a first tranche now and the rest on call-off, so you are not paying for a year of stock or storing it.
Multi-site split
Each site gets its own boxes, labelled and sized, instead of one pallet at head office and an afternoon of sorting.
Size sets first
For anything above about fifteen people we send a size set. It costs little and prevents a pile of unusable branded garments.
One invoice
Consolidated monthly billing across sites and orders, split by cost centre if your finance team needs that.
One spec, held
Garment, colour, logo and placement recorded, so the intake in six months matches the one today.
The right method
Big identical runs are usually cheaper screen printed; mixed or full-colour work suits DTF. We will tell you which your job is.
Tell us the real numbers
The calculator is deliberately conservative. Give us the actual quantity, garment and deadline and we will come back with an itemised price — and if another supplier is cheaper like for like, we will tell you rather than waste your time.
What changes the price most
- • Quantity — the single biggest lever
- • Number of logo positions, not the number of colours
- • Garment weight and brand
- • Deadline, if it forces a faster route
Bulk questions
What counts as bulk?+
Pricing improves from 5 pieces and again at 10. Genuine bulk handling — staged delivery, hand quoting, size sets — starts around 100.
Can you hold stock for us?+
For ongoing accounts, yes. We agree a level, hold it, and draw down as you order rather than you buying a year up front.
Do you handle tenders?+
Yes. Send the specification and we will price against it line by line and flag anything in the spec that will not survive laundering.
What if we need it faster than 7–10 days?+
Say so up front. Plain stock can move next day; decoration is the constraint. We will tell you what is genuinely achievable rather than agree and miss it.
Can we mix garments in one bulk price?+
Yes. Volume is counted across the order, so 150 polos and 100 tees is priced as 250 pieces, not two smaller runs.

About these figures: every number on this page is calculated from our own live catalogue — real supplier costs, real decoration rates and the volume breaks published on the site. They are not market estimates or projections. Prices shown are indicative for a reference kit; your own quote will reflect the garments and logo positions you actually choose.
