Workwear is not high street sizing
It is cut generously for layering, so someone who wears a medium shirt often takes a small polo. Charts help, but trying one on settles it.

Branded garments cannot be exchanged
A wrong-sized polo with your logo on it is worth nothing to anyone else. This is the single most expensive mistake in a first order.

It gets your spec on record
Once we know who takes what, we hold it. New starters and reorders stop being a conversation.

A few days and some return postage against a stack of unusable branded kit.

Size set questions
Is it really free?+
Free when it leads to a team order — which it usually does. On its own we take a refundable deposit that covers the garments while they are out, returned when the set comes back.
How long can I keep it?+
A week is normal. If you run shifts and need longer, say so and we will agree it up front rather than chase you.
Are they branded?+
No, plain — so they can go out to the next customer. Your logo goes on the real order.
Can I keep one of them?+
Yes, tell us which and we will invoice just that garment rather than the whole set.
Do you send women's fits too?+
Yes, ask and we will include them. It is one of the main reasons uniform actually gets worn.
