Do I get the £29.99 back if I order?+
Not automatically as a refund, but tell us when you place your first team order and we will take it off. Just quote the sample order reference.
How long does the sample take?+
Usually 5–7 working days. It goes through the same artwork proof as a real order, so we will send you the proof to approve first.
Can I choose different garments?+
The pack is a polo and a tee because they cover the two fabrics most teams buy. Want a softshell or hi-vis sample instead? Ring 07737 902425 and we will price it.
What if my logo needs redrawing?+
We will tell you before we charge anything for it. Most logos are fine; we will say honestly if yours is not.
Is it really my logo, not a stock one?+
Your logo. That is the entire point — a generic sample tells you nothing about how your artwork will look.
